These A5 handbound books are finely crafted using vibrant textiles from the Gambia, rescued from landfill from the garment industry.
Each book is a unique piece, featuring intricate patterns and rich colors. The textile covers have been dyed with indigo, batik and natural dyes.
The pages are made of top-quality mixed media paper, specially selected for sketching and light washes of ink or water colour.
Each page has been section sewn, allowing these books to open flat for uniterupted sketching/drawing/writing/musing.
Handmade endbands made to match each book, foil blocked with Juju logo on the bottom left of the back cover.
Functional, beautiful and unique, these books are wee beauties!
