In Autumn 2022 I travelled to California to undertake a book arts and printmaking residency. This time out to create books resulted in writing, and this book was the first that spilled out of me. I was thinking about burnout, resting and productivity, and how it can take a little time to give in to rest and to settle.
This book is a drum leaf binding, hand printed onto BFK Rives Lightweight. Each page was printed twice on a letter press, first with a pressure print and then with a polymer plate. This is a varied edition of 25, signed and numbered on the back page.
Each book is housed in an archival card wrapper.
